At Los Blancos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return guidelines to ensure a smooth experience:
As we are closing down our store, it will not be possible to return orders after March 13th. We recommend contacting us before this date if you have any questions about returns or exchanges. Thank you for shopping with us!
14-Day Return Policy:
You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at losblancos1700@gmail.com . We will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you’re unsure about returning an item.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the current item and placing a separate order for the new one.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without justification. The same conditions apply to the item’s condition, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
